Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. AI Floor Plan (₹25 + GST)

Refund Eligibility

The AI Floor Plan is a digital product generated automatically upon payment. Because the generation begins immediately after successful payment, AI floor plans are generally non-refundable once the plan has been generated.

Eligible Refund Situations

• Technical failure: If the AI generation fails due to a technical error on our end and no plan is delivered to your account within 30 minutes of payment, you are entitled to a full refund. Contact us at support@nakshaai.com with your order reference.
• Duplicate payment: If your payment was processed twice for the same order, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full. See Section 5 for details.
• Failed payment — amount debited: If your bank debited the amount but the order was not confirmed, the funds will be returned automatically by Razorpay or refunded by us within 5–7 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations

• Change of mind after plan is generated and visible in your account
• Dissatisfaction with the AI output where the plan was generated as requested (AI generation is inherently probabilistic)
• Incorrect requirement details provided by the user at the time of order

2. Architect Plan (₹499 + GST)

Cancellation Before Work Begins

If you wish to cancel your Architect Plan order within 2 hours of payment and before our team has begun preparing your plan, you are eligible for a full refund minus Razorpay's payment processing fee (approximately 2% of the transaction value). To request cancellation, email support@nakshaai.com with your order reference number and subject line "Cancel Order".

After Work Has Started

Once our architect has begun preparing your plan (which may happen within minutes to a few hours of order placement), the order is non-refundable. This is because professional design work is a service involving skilled labour time, even if the final plan has not yet been delivered.

Delivery Delay Refund

If your architect plan has not been delivered within 72 hours of payment (provided you have submitted complete and clear requirements), you are entitled to request a full refund. To request this, email support@nakshaai.com with your order reference. We will investigate and process the refund within 5–7 business days.

Plan Quality Concerns

If the delivered plan does not reflect the requirements you provided, contact us at support@nakshaai.com with your order reference and a description of the discrepancy. We will review and, where appropriate, arrange a revision at no additional cost or process a partial/full refund at our discretion.

3. Free AI Plan Included with Architect Plan

Architect Plan orders include a complimentary AI-generated floor plan concept. The AI plan component is provided as a bonus and has no separate refund value. Cancellation or refund of the Architect Plan includes cancellation of the associated free AI plan entitlement.

4. Duplicate Payments

If you are charged twice for the same order due to a technical error (e.g., double-clicking the payment button, network timeout causing the page to reload, browser back-navigation), please contact us at support@nakshaai.com with:

• Your order reference number
• The date and time of payment
• The Razorpay payment ID (visible in the payment success screen or bank statement)

Duplicate charges will be fully refunded with no deduction within 5–7 business days.

5. Failed Payments

If your payment fails or is declined, no charge is applied to your account. If your bank statement shows a hold or pending deduction that does not result in an order confirmation, this is typically released automatically within 3–5 business days by your bank. If the amount is not released within 7 business days, please contact us with your bank statement details.

6. Refund Process and Timelines

How to Request a Refund

1. Email support@nakshaai.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
2. Include your full name, registered phone number or email, order reference number, and reason for the request
3. Our team will review your request within 2 business days and inform you of the outcome

Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method (card, UPI, net banking, or wallet) via Razorpay. Processing typically takes:

• UPI: 1–3 business days
• Net banking: 3–5 business days
• Credit/debit card: 5–7 business days (may vary by card issuer)
• Digital wallets: 1–2 business days

NakshaAI does not charge any fee for processing approved refunds. Refunds are initiated from our end within 2 business days of approval. Banking timelines are beyond our control.

7. GST on Refunds

Our pricing is GST-inclusive. In the event of a refund, the full GST-inclusive amount paid will be refunded (subject to applicable payment gateway deductions as specified above). A GST credit note will be issued where required.

8. Contact for Refund Queries

We aim to resolve all refund queries fairly and promptly. If you are unsatisfied with our resolution, you may also raise a complaint with your bank or approach the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.
