AI Floor Plan Generator for Indian Homes

Start with the land you have and the rooms you need. NakshaAI uses your planning brief to generate a 2D house floor-plan concept you can review with your family and a qualified professional.

From a room list to a layout you can discuss

A floor plan shows how spaces relate: where you enter, how you reach a bedroom, and how much room remains for everyday movement. AI helps create an initial arrangement from your inputs. It cannot verify a land survey, local permissions or the structural safety of a building.

Give the generator a clear starting point

Plot dimensions and facing

Enter width and depth in the selected unit, then choose the road / plot facing. Equal plot areas can have very different proportions, so an area figure alone is not enough to describe your site.

Rooms and daily use

Choose bedroom and bathroom counts, a living-room preference and kitchen style. Consider furniture and privacy when deciding what is essential; adding more rooms does not create more usable area.

Parking, stairs and preferences

Select parking and the optional Vastu preference. Use Other requirements to describe staircase needs, a pooja room or a study. Notes communicate your priorities; check how they were interpreted in the output.

How to generate a 2D floor plan

  1. Describe your plot

Keep measured dimensions handy. Fill in the plot, rooms and preferences, including any access or staircase requirements in the notes.

  2. Review and submit your brief

Continue through the existing sign-in and checkout steps. Check the selected service, requirements and displayed price before payment and generation.

  3. Review the generated concept

Inspect room labels, dimensions, doors, circulation and any requested parking. Use the result as a starting point for discussion, and access your saved plan through your account when available.

When an AI concept is useful

Preparing a first brief

Translate a family wish list into something visual before discussing priorities with an architect. Mark what is essential and where you can compromise.

Checking competing requirements

See whether your requested rooms leave plausible space for movement, parking and stairs. If the concept feels crowded, reconsider the brief before developing detailed drawings.

Review before you build

Have a qualified architect or engineer check the actual site, setbacks, ventilation, dimensions, structure and services. AI output can contain errors and does not constitute a sanctioned or construction-ready drawing. A budget estimate also needs confirmed built-up area and specifications.

Questions before you start

What do I need before using the floor plan generator?
Bring your plot width, depth, unit of measurement and facing, plus the bedroom and bathroom counts you want. Kitchen, living space, parking and written requirements make the brief more useful.
Is the output a 2D plan or a complete building design?
The AI workflow produces a 2D floor-plan concept. It is not a complete structural, electrical, plumbing or approval drawing package.
Can I request a staircase or extra room?
Yes. Describe staircase access, a study or other priorities in Other requirements. These are requests, so review whether the generated concept includes them appropriately.
Does a generated plan guarantee that everything fits?
No. Check dimensions and circulation carefully with a qualified professional. Plot constraints and local building rules may require changes to the initial concept.
