2. Nature of Service & Critical Disclaimer

Naksha AI provides an AI-powered tool designed exclusively for generating conceptual 2D floor plans based on user inputs. Please read carefully: All generated plans, layouts, Vastu-related suggestions, and measurements are strictly for brainstorming, ideation, and visual reference. The AI-generated dimensions may be inaccurate or incomplete. Under no circumstances should these plans be used for final construction, structural execution, or legal permitting. You must always have any generated plan reviewed, verified, and officially approved by a certified professional architect or structural engineer before commencing any physical construction.

3. Data Collection & Privacy (No Account Requirement)

We do not require you to create an account or use a password to access our basic generator. However, to provide our services, we do collect specific personal and project-related information (such as your plot dimensions, directional preferences, and any contact details provided to deliver the output). By using Naksha AI, you grant us permission to collect, process, and temporarily store this information solely for the purpose of generating your requested designs, improving our AI algorithms, and delivering the service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Intellectual Property

The Naksha AI platform, including its technology, algorithms, interface, and original content, is the exclusive property of Naksha AI Technologies Pvt. Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary systems without written permission. However, you retain ownership of the specific floor plan outputs you generate using our service for your personal or commercial ideation, subject to a non-exclusive license allowing us to process and generate these designs for you.

5. Payment & Refunds

Certain advanced features or high-resolution downloads on Naksha AI may require payment. All fees are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify our pricing structure at any time, with updates clearly posted on our platform.

6. Access Restriction

Even without formal user accounts, we reserve the right to block your IP address or restrict your access to the Naksha AI platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we determine that your conduct violates these Terms, misuses our system (e.g., bot attacks or spamming), or is harmful to our company.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Naksha AI Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages—including but not limited to construction errors, Vastu non-compliance issues, financial losses, or material damages—arising from the use of or reliance on our AI-generated plans.
